I have several from some time in the past. The third flange on the new ones isn't much thicker than a condom. Essentially useless for stability in my ears. It's pretty much a two-flange part flange with a wafer-thin skin. After decades with Etymotic, I'll be looking for a different company. How thin CAN you make a flange? Answer: WAAAAY too thin.
