How it Works:

Visit a licensed hearing specialist or audiologist to receive ear impressions, please note this may cost an additional fee
Mail your ear impressions and your order confirmation included, email the tracking information to customer-service@etymotic.com.
We build your custom earplugs and ship back within 7-10 business days upon arrival of your ear impression.
