Nice but not effective

The headphones are pretty comfortable, and fit toddler through adult woman heads. The material is nice, and the sound quality is very good. The minimum paired sound volume is quite loud. Wearing the headphones unpaired does not block out birds chirping, ceiling fan thrum, traffic passing, quiet conversation through the wall, or other noises. At best, these seem to offer a placebo effect of noise reduction, but are not going to be helpful for noise from a bus or airplane engine, lawn mower, crying baby, or other distressing sounds.

Happy grandchildren

Our grandchildren were delighted with these earmuffs. Having impaired hearing myself it was great to be able to give them and know that their parents can take the kids along to concerts with high sound volumes.

Good while it lasted

The HearMuffs sound like a great Idea for protecting kids' ears, but we have had them for 6 weeks and my 10-year-old broke them by pushing to hard on the charging port trying to plug them in to recharge. The USB connector needs more reinforcement to prevent it from breaking off making the headphones unusable. But my kid loved them and used them every day. And as parents we knew their hearing was safe from being too loud hurting little ears.
