Custom Earphone Molds

Description

Send us the completed ear impressions and we craft your custom ear molds within two weeks. We deliver the custom earmold ready for use.

How it Works:

1. Select the item and place your order
2. Visit a licensed hearing specialist or audiologist to receive ear impressions, please note this may cost an additional fee
3. Mail your ear impressions and your order confirmation included, email the tracking information to customer-service@etymotic.com.
4. We build your custom earplugs and ship back within 10-15 business days upon arrival of your ear impression.
