I had aging eartips. The new eartips arrived speedily, and wow they do work! My sound is back as if I just bought headphones!

Very very good eartips
I tried almost everything in eartips, spinfit spiral dot, symbios, none was good for my earsonic purple headphones. With etymotic eartips pure pleasure for the ears. I finally found the brand for my eartips now. A more than satisfied customer.

they just work
I own two pairs of etymotic ear phones. They are they only ones that fit my ears snugly. I bought these hoping to use them with earphones from another company but the hole in the center was too small. I will find a use for them all the same with my other two pairs.

Very good eartips
These eartips are a good replacement for the ones that came originally with the Etymotic earphones. They are transparent and nice looking, and provide a good seal for blocking outside sounds.
I just wanted to mention that when I previously bought replacement sets, they came in various different sizes, large and small and so I could try out different sizes and choose the one that fit the best. This set only consists of one size, which is on the smaller side, but fits me well.

My order arrived in no time, and the eartips fit very snug in my small ear canals. They are very secure on the IEM’s themselves, which is a nice change from loose tips that get caught when removing them! Overall glad with my purchase

Great, but one big caution
Let me start by saying I really like these as well as the older ER-4P IEMs that I use them on. But I do have one warning: be sure to keep them very clean and/or replaced frequently. They slide on the tubes of the IEMs fairly easily, but don’t stay on all that securely. And the older they get, the looser the tips stay on the IEMs. Couple that with the tiniest bit of ear wax/oil, and the tips have a tendency to stay in my ears when I pull the IEMs out. Then it’s a real pain to try to get the tips out of my ears with nothing to pull on. That has happened many times over the years, though I’ve always managed to dig them out. The other night, I mistakenly thought one was really stuck where I couldn’t get to it and was ready to go to the ER to dig it out. Fortunately, I found it on the floor the next morning when it was light enough to stay. By then, i had scratched the inside of my ear canal trying to dig out a non-existent ear tip. The tips really need some sort of a clamp or something to hold them more securely on the IEMs.

They do the job
The best etymotic eartips I have ever had were the grey ones that came with the MK5 IEMs I used to have. They blocked out more noise. Unfortunately they finally became too worn to use so I needed some new ones for my ER2XR IEMs.
I assume based on the name these are a regular size (not small or large), but they are smaller then what I used to have. They were a bit hard to get on because they were almost too small.
They do a good enough job isolating noise but not as good as what I got with the MK5s, I wish I could have a pack of those!

Not what I expected
Trying to find a triple flange eartips similar to those I had on a previous pair of Etymotics has been exasperating. Used to think of Ety as the gold standard, but am rethinking that now. The tips pictured ARE NOT the one you’re going to receive in the mail. Quality is slipping and they’re cutting corners.

Love ‘em
Great tips and easier to use than the roll-up foam ones. Comfortable and great isolation. They are about the same size as the medium ones. If you need larger ones they may not work for you.

Etymotic Triple flange eartips
These tips were replacements for the original ones on a pair of Etymotic earbuds. They are perfect replacements.

Not sized the same as original,
After cutting the tube down to shorten the length, they fit great. I liked the original size, at first, later they were a bit small for me. After a few mowing sessions, these stay in better, yet don’t make my ear canals sore.

Confusing
I’m confused. I like the tips that come installed when new. To me they look frosted but when I received the frosted tips they were way smaller. I don’t see why there isn’t some kind of reference to compare sizes like the listing the dimensions or a picture of the tip next to a ruler. I thought of returning them but noticed the price went up ten dollars.

Not the same “Frost”tips, product changed.
The frost tips we are all probably familiar with have changed, they are NOT the ones pictured on the website as of August 2025. They are now a clear clolor and much thinner material that does not seal for me I also believe the old frost tips had a bit of a shaft and these do not. The old Frost tips where my go to and now they do not work at all. Extremely disappointing, pictured are the new tips you will recieve.

Not as described
This is not like what been described on the website which is the frosted color tip, I’m guessing this is a new version which is a bit smaller and doesn’t seal as well, this should have been listed a different size since it’s not the same as previous standard size model
