Etymotic Research warrants all products against defects in material or workmanship for a period of either one or two years, depending on the product, from the date of original purchase from an authorized Etymotic distributor or reseller.

This warranty is in lieu of all other warranties, expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

With respect to sales on Amazon.com, we will provide a manufacturer’s warranty only for products “Shipped and sold by Amazon.com”

Product Warranties: Proof of purchase required from authorized Etymotic reseller.

In-Warranty Replacement: Replacement order will be created once in-warranty replacement is received back into our warehouse.
